Hello, Friends.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you!!

In April, four inspiring women joined our Board of Directors!  

Each brings unique strengths, deep compassion, and a shared commitment to serving our community with purpose.

Please join us in celebrating and welcoming them into leadership with us.


Alyssa Mena

Alyssa is hardworking, humble, and deeply family‑centered.  

She is a mother and substitute teacher who enjoys spending time with her children, going on walks, exploring parks, and traveling.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from Bethel University and brings 8 years of accounting and payroll experience in St. Paul.  

Her blend of skill and heart will strengthen our mission.

Ashley Mattia

Ashley is driven, compassionate, and dedicated to serving others. 

She works as an RN in the float pool at St. Cloud Hospital and is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Metropolitan State University, with minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

Faith‑led and active in her church community, Ashley brings encouragement and care to every space she enters.

Tracy Vibo

Traci radiates joy, positivity, and encouragement. 

She earned her master’s in public administration from Hamline University and serves at the Department of Human Services (DHS) as a Grants Management Oversight Coordinator.

At Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, she serves on the usher team, supports online worship, and co‑leads a women’s Bible study. She also enjoys walking her dog, Hazel, and spending time in pet‑friendly spaces.

Tiowa Collier

Tiowa is caring, respectful, and community‑minded. 

With over 20 years of experience serving underrepresented communities, she has led program development, volunteer initiatives, and job training efforts that uplift families and individuals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and has served in multiple board and volunteer roles. 

Tiowa lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, with her husband and three teenagers.

💙 We are truly grateful to welcome these amazing women to Hope for the Braves. Each of them brings strength, purpose, and a heart for service that will help move our mission forward.
