Daniel Ellingson

Dan Ellingson is a senior executive and global business leader with 25 years of experience building organizations, leading large-scale capital programs, and developing people across multiple continents. Most recently Director of Research and Development at Fibertex Nonwovens and currently Board President of Math & Science Academy in Woodbury, where he is wrapping up a $60 million capital construction program, Dan brings direct experience in the kind of complex building and community development work that Hope for the Brave is undertaking.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota (Chemical Engineering) and INSEAD (Global Executive MBA), Dan holds multiple U.S. patents and has built businesses from the ground up across North America, Europe, Malaysia, and Singapore. He is deeply committed to faith-driven community investment and believes that stable housing and empowered families are a key part of lasting change.

Dan lives in Woodbury, Minnesota with his family, where he also mentors engineering students at the University of Minnesota and serves as a volunteer teacher.
