She has dedicated her career to organizing programs, cultivating relationships and improving quality of life for mothers, families and those often overlooked. Her background spans program direction, volunteer program leadership and transitional job training and placement. Tiowa has also served in board leadership and multiple volunteer roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and lives in Woodbury, MN with her husband and 3 teens..
